    Hey @stef.

    The Regenerate Thumbnails plugin did corrupt the path of the images to the point where I had to delete them and re-upload them. This is not a fix…that is a problem with your plugin, and deleting the images and reloading the images is a work-a-round.

    I am 100% afraid to use this plugin again because it caused so much unnecessary problems.

    Fix your plugin.

    The free version is working, but the “pro” version seems to be the issue.

    The same thing happen to me also. The pro plugin crashed my entire website.
    I 100% agree. They do you need to write test cases and QA there stuff. I created a video to show what happen on my website.

    The matter was resolved with an update from support.

    Thank you, that resolved my issues. Why are some plugins so messed up?

    I did not select a paid personal plan, I had the free plan. My credit card is on file. I removed the plugin last December 2019. I did not care for the service or the issues it was causing.
    Anyway, I figure it out and cancelled the service and requested a refund.

    All is well with the world again. I was not happy I was charged in the first place.

    The matter seems to have resolved itself.

    Thank you very much @macmanx for your prompt reply.

    Sure @jarretc.
    Before this issue, I removed woocommerce scripts because it was difficult to restyle for my custom theme, it worked until woocommerce and wordpress had updates…lol

    To make a long story short, I cause these issues myself. At first, I assumed it was the updates and not any function I wrote because the function worked previously without any issues. I didn’t take in to account the multiple updates from woocommerce and wordpress which made my working function now – obsolete.

    Below is the function I removed. Now I am back at square one for re-styling for my theme. It’s ok, now I am more familiar with woocommerce and the changes should go faster.

    I hope that helped. When in doubt comment it out…hahahha
    I can laugh now – before I was sad…lol

    Thank you again @jarretc for helping me get out of my own way. I should have known better.

    // if ( class_exists( 'WooCommerce' ) ) {
    // 	require get_template_directory() . '/inc/woocommerce.php';
    // }

    // function grd_remove_woocommerce_styles_scripts() {
    // 	remove_action( 'wp_head', array( $GLOBALS['woocommerce'], 'generator' ) );
    // 	remove_action( 'wp_enqueue_scripts', array( $GLOBALS['woocommerce'], 'frontend_scripts' ) );
    // }
    // define( 'WOOCOMMERCE_USE_CSS', false );
    // add_action( 'init', 'grd_remove_woocommerce_styles_scripts', 99 );

    Thank you for your suggstion, but the only file I made modifications to was the theme function file not to any store-front files. Besides, I am not using a clone or child version of the “store-front” theme.
    I committed out and re-added the functions and the problem still exists.

    PLUGINS
    The only two plugins I am using are woocommerce and woocommerce admin.

    I switched to the “storefront” and I do not see the duplication of the footer.

    Also, this problem was not happening a few weeks ago.

    Thank you @jarretc.

    @rossviviano you are a lifesaver! I narrowed down which plugin was causing the error “WooCommerce Services”.
    I will contact or share this post with “Automattic” the “WooCommerce Services” plugin’s developer, for a patch or update. For now, I think I will completely uninstall it.

    Again, thank you so much @rossviviano

    Mika,
    The only error I received was I was unable to login. I had to contact support at Dreamhost to deactivated so I could login.

    It wasn’t a cookie problem because I tried 3 different browsers and the support person at Dreamhost also experienced the same problem. I have had issues with this plugin but this is the first time it did not let me log in.

    What I tried.
    – Clearing cache/history
    – Deactivated all the plugins
    – Only activated W3 Total Cache plugin and the problem still happened
    The support person at Dreamhost suggested I contacted W3 Total Cache.

    (@tarzine)

    It shouldn’t but it did.

    Here is my chat with Dreamhost supports.

    (05:20:16) Andrew K: Can you please try clearing your browser cache/history and then try logging in again for me?
    (05:20:47) Tarzine: As mentioned I did do that plus tried other browsers
    (05:21:03) Tarzine: I was going to restart my laptop.
    (05:21:16) Andrew K: I understand. I disabled w3 Total Cache just now. Can you try logging in for me now?
    (05:21:38) Tarzine: Oh, you didn’t mention that….ok
    (05:21:40) Tarzine: trying now
    (05:22:22) Tarzine: Yep able to login in now
    (05:22:38) Tarzine: That was weird, why did that happen?
    (05:23:00) Andrew K: Most likely W3 Total Cache conflicted with another plugin you have installed
    (05:23:02) Tarzine: Should I send a support ticket to the plugin?
    (05:23:08) Andrew K: Well…
    (05:23:11) Tarzine: WTF
    (05:23:15) Tarzine: lol
    (05:23:30) Andrew K: What I would recommend first, would be to disable your other plugins, and just enable W3 Total Cache… Then try to login.
    (05:23:33) Andrew K: If you can….
    (05:23:40) Andrew K: Then enable your other plugins one at a time
    (05:23:48) Tarzine: ok
    (05:23:59) Tarzine: That is such a waste of time
    (05:24:09) Andrew K: When you come across the one that locks you out, that would indicate the plugin conflicting with W3 Total Cache.
    (05:24:32) Andrew K: I understand, however we do not have a way to determine which plugins clash with others unfortunately ??
    (05:24:45) Tarzine: ok thank you.
    (05:24:57) Andrew K: You’re very welcome! ??
    (05:24:58) Andrew K: Is there anything else I can assist you with today?
    (05:25:24) Tarzine: No thank you. Have a good day.
    (05:25:25) Tarzine: bye
    (05:26:21) Tarzine: Oh crap
    (05:26:27) Tarzine: it happened again
    (05:26:27) Andrew K: I am here still ??
    (05:26:50) Andrew K: What’s the error you’re seeing?
    (05:27:03) Tarzine: I disabled all plugins…
    (05:27:41) Tarzine: Only activated W3 Total Cache and I got kicked out of my site
    (05:27:52) Tarzine: Unable to login
    (05:27:57) Tarzine: Again
    (05:29:31) Andrew K: One moment
    (05:29:49) Andrew K: Try now?
    (05:30:11) Tarzine: Yep able to login
    (05:30:36) Andrew K: That is weird. Because the plugin is not active.
    (05:30:37) Andrew K: Try this….
    (05:31:02) Andrew K: While logged in.. change your theme to a default WordPress theme, and then activate W3 Total Cache
    (05:31:12) Tarzine: ok
    (05:32:51) Tarzine: WTF! that stupid plugin kicked me out again.
    (05:33:25) Tarzine: I changed the theme and then activated the plugin
    (05:33:37) Andrew K: Super weird! Hmmm….
    (05:33:41) Tarzine: It’s not me
    (05:33:44) Tarzine: lol
    (05:33:46) Andrew K: No I believe you
    (05:33:47) Andrew K: ??
    (05:35:24) Andrew K: Alright. So in this case, I can disable it again, and I’d recommend 2 things: 1 – leave the plugin disabled for now, and 2 – contact W3 Total Cache support to let them know that whenever their plugin is enabled on your site – even with the basic of basics enabled (no special theme, no other plugins) that it prevents you from being able to login. They will need to assist you with this issue further in this case.
    (05:36:28) Tarzine: Ok, thank you again.
    (05:37:25) Andrew K: You are very welcome! ?? Is there anything else I can assist you with today?
    (05:37:42) Tarzine: No, thank you – again…lol
