Please make sure you are using the latest version of WP User Frontend plugin. Even if the issue persists, kindly do the theme and plugin conflict test by following the below procedure:
- Please deactivate all plugins except the WP User Frontend.
- If the above method doesn’t resolve your problem, navigate to the next.
- Switched to any default theme like Twenty Twenty.
- Clear your site cache as well as the browser cache and try the process again.

- Then check if the issue still persists.
- If the above method doesn’t resolve your problem, navigate to the next.
- Switched to any default theme like Twenty Twenty.
- Clear your site cache as well as the browser cache and try the process again.

The 502 Bad Gateway server error response code indicates that the server while acting as a gateway or proxy, received an invalid response from the upstream server. There are a number of things you can try when attempting to fix the 502 Bad Gateway Error:
1. Try Reloading the Page
2. Clear Your Browser Cache
3. flush your local DNS cache
4. Check With Your Host
5. Temporarily Disable CDN or Firewall
6. Check Your Plugins and Themes
7. Check Your Logs
8. Restart PHP
9. PHP Timeout IssueKindly try out these methods and let me know the update.

It seems like a conflict on your site. Please perform the following tests:
Switch to the default WordPress theme as we know that the default WordPress theme is coded properly. Now try again and see if the issue is still there. Take note if you see a difference in behavior after you have switched the theme. Switch back to the theme you were using.
If the theme didn’t have anything to do with the issue then move on to the plugins section. Try to deactivate the plugins excepts weDocs then check again.
