We have fixed this issue in the latest version of plugin 4.6.2. I would request you to upgrade the plugin to the latest version should solve the issue.

I had a look at the screenshots and noticed the Javascript errors in the console, due to this it could be hampering the login at the time of onboarding.
Rest be assured it is not due to the plugin.
We recommend you clear the JS errors and this should hopefully work as expected.

Yes, you are right. With the free version, the product sync limit is 100 products and it should be fine to sync 100 products as you quoted.
This issue could happen if there is any variation in your products and it will consider the number of variation as a single product each in the merchant centre.
I would suggest you refer to the number of products synced in the merchant centre would give a clear picture.
