I was able to disable all the plugins, but that didn’t change anything. Changing to the Twenty Twenty Two theme from the sites custom theme did work though. I’m assuming that means the custom theme needs to be updated/changed in some way to make it work with the new WordPress.
I installed the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin, but it doesn’t show me any errors relating to the plugins or my theme.
