I’m sorry for my late reply, but I was testing things to make sure of the answer.
as I think now everything is back to the normal situation, and numbers between search console and analytics almost the same screen shot, just still the speed thing, I still notice that with google tag manager in the control page speed was a little bit faster.

Anyway, I appreciate it if you take another close look at the situation now.

I did as you told me exactly (delete both tags from google tag manager and let the Sitekit plugin control the analytics) but as I think things are still the same !!
the same situation from tag assistant, second screen shot

also, inside the analytics situation still, the same things (mobile visitors not counted) and there is a big difference between Google search console numbers and analytics.

I want to tell you what I feel, I think that I must insert the analytics code inside the amp theme again !! maybe ?? please check this screen shot: amp theme

one last thing, as the speed test shows, the situation when both analytics codes (universal and G4) with the tag manager was a little faster (as the google speed tool shows). so finally what you think about it all ?? shall I delete the G4 ??

just to make sure, as I understand I must now remove both analytics tags from google tag manager, and allow the site kit plugin to paste the tracking codes, and then try it.
please note that at the AMP> COSTUMIZE> ANALYTICS CODE> IS Removed now.

if you’re checking your GA4 statistics this may be the cause

no not only the G4 statics, both universal and g4 went down heavily.

( the reason you have this error, is that amp has this tag and toast adds it too, so you need to disable if from Yoast.
