The “Remove Branding” subscription can be canceled at any time prior to your renewal date. Simply click Admin > Billing > Cancel.

You would never have been re-billed if you clicked cancel before to your renewal date.

This was an issue on an old version of the plugin that stored sessions in the browser, though the latest version should have that resolved.

There is no know issue with the widget, it is currently being served to 60Million+ visitors a day.

As an option, you could login to the tawk dashboard and ban yourself?

Maybe we can add the ability to “Hide widget for logged in Admins” in a future release.

@hossamhossny we have had the “powered by tawk.to” link on our widget since the first day we launched, back in 2013.

We recently launched an Add-on that allows you to remove that for $9/month.

You just login to the same dashboard, and accept their invite.

There is no need to log in to a separate dashboard, as tawk is an agent centric chat application that allows you to “share” properties with different users.
