I’m a WordPress blogger who utilizes the email method of updating my blog.
For some reason, when I get the notification that my recent submission was posted, then click on the link…I see what I expect to see. Namely, “My Free Press” and I’m already signed in. This is great, but when I click below the article on the front page where it says, “Edit”, it makes me sign in again. it may have something to do with the fact that I changed my screen name to “silverhammer” from “taxiguy”. It will only let me sign in under “taxiguy” and that’s an older version of the same blog. It’s missing my recent additions.
Note: I didn’t delete my account, I only changed my username on it. It still comes up as, “The Hack Herald”, which is fine.
I hope all the above makes some kind of sense. It would be much easier if I could show someone in person. (“WHEW!”)
