In reply to: [Advanced Excerpt] Image Tags Not Being Stripped OutI figured it out. If your post has a featured image that is what isn’t getting stripped out.
In my theme options there is this setting:
Archives Settings
Display
Excerpt + Featured image
Excerpt + Full width Featured image
Content
2 ColumnsThis was set to Excerpt + Featured image. If I set it to Content then I no longer have the problem (but it creates a new problem where the theme’s stylish Read More button disappears).
If the plugin could additionally be set to also strip out the featured image I guess that would be the best fix. In my case I think I need to edit the theme and remove the code so it displays only the excerpt and not the featured image.

In reply to: [Advanced Excerpt] Not working on WP 4.6.1?It is working for me on 4.6.1. Maybe it is the theme you are using that is fouling things up.
Try putting a check next to No Custom Excerpts. Also have checks next to both settings on Filter: the_excerpt() and the_content().
That’s how I have it.

In reply to: [Advanced Excerpt] Image Tags Not Being Stripped OutThis also happens on my site and I thought it may have to do with my img tag being inside of an anchor tag (which I had set that anchor tags were not to be stripped). Do you have the plugin set to strip out the div tag?
Maybe it is a problem with nested tags. Just a thought.
Nevermind, I didn’t realize the RSS widget update interval is 12 hours by default.
I’m now running the updated plugin. It no longer pops a warning, but none of my regular WordPress RSS widgets seem to be updating anymore.
My suggestion is to revert back to the older version. That’s what I did. Dunno if you can download the previous version, I had a backup.
Go to the plugin folder and rename the new version folder to something else. Then copy up the old version.

In reply to: [Disqus Comment System] avatars no longer showing next to commentsI’m not sure if I fixed it or it just fixed itself. Try enabling avatars in the WordPress settings under Discussions. Put a checkmark next to Show Avatars. Also make sure that the Maximum rating is set to show what your avatars are rated as. Mine is PG. Set it to X or R I guess as a test. Should show anything. Make sure the Default Avatar setting is not Blank. Save Changes. Also clear your browser cache.

In reply to: [Disqus Comment System] avatar not showing on commentsI did some testing and it appears that it will only show the gravatar if it is G-rated. Is this a setting I can change in the Admin panel of Disqus? Didn’t see such an option.

In reply to: [WP-UserOnline] Is this supposed to be MU compatible?Nevermind. Works fine. That’s normal behavior.

In reply to: [WP-UserOnline] Is this supposed to be MU compatible? It still doesn’t seem to be working correctly after I did that. I’m only seeing just 1 user online and it’s the currently logged in user. I have another browser open with a different logged in user there, so it should be displayed that as well. Does the plugin do anyting like limit the number of users an ip can have?
The [member] shortcode doesn’t work for me.
All I get on my page is the text: [user-submitted posts].
And if I remove the [member] tags the form shows up ok.
