Hi Thanks. I updated the plug-in but the problem still persists on desktops. What should I do?

I just got the pro-version and it is WORTH IT. I’ve been trying all types of plug-ins and they’re either too complicated or they don’t have the beautiful look of this plug-in. You won’t be disappointed, and the support is FANTASTIC. They responded so quickly and really put a lot of my worries at ease. I am not good with technology so this type of plug-in/support was very much needed. Thank you again!

Thank you. I didn’t notice the drop down option and was only seeing image.

Hi I don’t see any drop down box. When I go to “Add Image” it pulls up my media library. Am I supposed to add the video gallery plug in too? Thanks.
