our PRO version supports properly custom post types and fields created by https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/pods/.

Fields tested were mainly text fields.

what are pod posts ? you can send us a sample excel file explaining how fields are generated so we can test

the plugin allows you to insert html in the description and html is what you need to write in the excel cell

you need to write html in your excel , the one you send is wrong.
Ask your developer to write html list for you in an excel cell.

And of course we have our plugin installed in our backend sir.

custom fields are in pro version, auto detected from plugin or can even added manually in settings page as we cannot detect all fields for any plugin.
