what you describe is mainly google analytics with targets defined,
the plugin tracks the transactions within woocommerce , not the page views and referrals.

you can follow the sample excel file in plugin page to import woocommerce simple products.
Basically you need to build an excel file that contains at least a title and content columbn for your products, then you can add regular and sale price columns, stock etc.

So, to not build from scratch we provide the sample excel.

Bare in mind that updating 8000 at once is not easy query-resources wise.
You should do by category term for example.
Same with excel update. Try 1000-2000 products each time in the excel – there are limitations on how many rows excel php library can handle

you cannot update or import custom fields for products with the free version.
What is meant is that you can name your first row of excel labels whatever you like to map it later to title,content,excerpt,prices, stock , sku, product cat and product tag.
