As we stated to your comment in our other plugins as well, import and update is based on either title or id, for those plugins that have the export functionality.
For sku based imports, this would need a customized solution for your needs. Bare in mind however that sku is just a post meta field and not mandatory key for each product in the database.
If interested for a customized solution you can send us an email with your request and can come back to you on this.

you can update via product id via the export which is quite handy and secure,
sku is in the plans but long term, unfortunately we do not have the time with other ongoing projects to work on that.

we are sorry for the review you gave us, however we never declared compatibility with this premium plugin you are using.
In a normal wordpress installation our plugin works properly, wp 5.3 woocommerce 3.8.0, just been tested again and again.

Unfortunately the very well know f.. company does not help with the integration as we’re accused of declaring official integration.

we found a bug on sorting tables, this is fixed on version 1.1,
was this the problem you refer to?

Through excel in the pro version you will be able to import custom post type content. However contact form import is something that has never been tested. We will put this in the request queue and let you know.
