Thanks for your response. I’ve already downgraded WooCommerce because the theme developer has not responded and the client urgently needed the site fixed.

I am not a developer and we already use a child theme, so fixing this will have to wait until the theme developer decides to respond.

I have notified a few remarks about your upgraded versions doing the same thing to their themes, you might you want to look into your plugin to see what is causing the issue.

I am really frustrated with your lack of response to my question. My client is ready to abandon WooCommerce for something like Shopify because there is no support.

Greetings, I finally had the time to disable all the plugins except the theme and woo commerce. No headers came back. I turned on debug and the following message appeared: Template part has been deleted or is unavailable: header

I have done nothing to the template, other than keep install WordPress updates. I am presently on WP 6.2.2 and WooCommerce 8.03.

I switched to storefront and there were no issues, but the customer does not like storefront, so I reverted back.

Any thoughts on how to fix?

The plugin is Header Footer Post Injections. With the update to version 3.2.6 the creator added a switch, which is off by default, that needs to be turned on if you are using php in the header.

Thank you for your quick response. I discovered it was another plugin causing a conflict with Ditty and it has now been resolved.

Can someone educate me how to downgrade the version of the plugin, as I am having the same issue.

Thank you for your suggestions. I have regular backups through my hosting provider. I have never switched themes before, as I am using a Child Theme, will this mess with the existing site after I switch back?

When I go to the Widgets section under Appearance, there is no place to edit the Custom HTML we have inserted.
