Hey all, I’ve been having similar problems with the Visual Editor not working in 3.3. In my case the Visual Editor tab would never show up. I tried a bunch of the fixes in this thread to no avail until I remembered that I have the Intego VirusBarrier X6 app on my machine and I had “Information Hiding” turned on (I think its a default). After turning that off the Visual Editor panel came back. Turn it back on and the VE disappears.
So, for those of you who aren’t having any luck with the prescribed fixes try looking to see if you have anything running on your machine that might be interfering.
