I figured it out….clearly I didnt read _all_ of the documentation ?? The image displayed is the “featured image” for the page. All fixed!

Create pages with your content and title appropriately “Contact Us, About, etc…) Settings>Customize>Home Page Settings>About Us Section> Enable and choose the “About Us” page you created. Repeat for all the rest.

This is all explained out in the documentation
