Me too, but it seems like the developer doesn’t want to fix the free version. I like to try before I buy, so I guess I won’t be buying his pro version.

This was an issue with my web host provider. It is fixed now, but still having issues with this plugin and since the developer doesn’t wish to help with the free version then there’s no way I would ever purchase the paid version. Have a nice day.

Have you tried deactivating all plugins including NextGen Gallery. Then reactivate NextGen Gallery.

Now activate one plugin and try uploading to NextGen Gallery, if it works then activate the next plugin and try uploading. Do this with all of your plugins to see if it is a plugin conflict. If you can’t upload on the first plugin you activated, deactivate it again and go to the second plugin, just to make sure it is the first plugin.

If it does come down to a plugin conflict, then you will need to contact the author of that plugin and let him know it’s conflicting with your NextGen Gallery.

Could you please disable all of your plugins and change to the twenty twelve theme and see if this is still happening.

I see you are using another light box plugin “Lightbox plus Colorbox”, this could be the conflict, if you like that lightbox plugin better, you can always disable the light box in Nextgen.

The new update changed the header back to the theme default. So I had to go in and change those parameters and then hit the big SAVE button.

The WP Admin bar is still missing, I didn’t think you were allowed to remove that???

NextGen Basic slideshow does not have captions. NextGen Pro slideshow does have an option to show captions.
