Thank you for your response but reinstalling the plugin corrected whatever the problem was mainly but another smaller display problem came up and it seems the updated added some menu options to my existing menu and it did not like that so I deleted those menus as some were just repeats and all seems well so I can close this ticket.

UPdate, now even with topic closed the error is there so unable to post on the forum since opening a closed topic.

I have this exact problem as described, last I was able to take a full backup was Aug 31, daily DB backups that run automatically are done.

Could I get help on this and I am a novice WP user.

I hope it can get going because it seems better than the pro version of the other plugin but to be fair that was not showing related also and something had to be done but I can’t remember what the problem was.

I am still having some issues that are likely site-specific as many use this plugin with no issues.

My users are now not able to login, I can I assume because my IP is whitelisted when user login they just get the error you must be login…nothign happens.

I just had to turn off the entire login protection so user can login.

The same issue as I mentioned before the audit show this.

User “*****” attempted “login” but Bot checkbox was not found.
Attempted login failed by user “******”.
Auto Black List offenses counter was incremented from 0 to 1.

It continues to count them as offenses but I have set that to log as instructed so it is not blocking users now after the limit is reached.

The one issued mentioned bot checkbox was not found? not sure what that is I am not using captcha, also I use a custom login URL because I use a membership plugin.

I have been evaluating now for a while and would like to go pro but these issues are a roadblock if I can get them solved?

Thank you for your reply and no worries this is a good program that I am liking so far, all the reviews can’t be wrong. Any problem I am sure there are a solution and thanks for explaining this to me and now I know how to search this out.

If you need more info let me know but all the IPs I checked and these reasons are shown for all either the first or the second.

Listed below are the Offenses these members are getting ding for seems all around the login

Thanks for some sort of answer meanwhile it continues to happen, this is a good plugin but time to look at another. I see too many requests being passed over with no sort of answer and I was considering pro version.

Thank you it is of help but I will simply leave JS Combine off for now, even so, the site is faster than under the previous configuration, the plugin is all I was told it was and that is excellent.

Well after a break I played around again and it is JS Combine on that breaks these plugins.

Load JS Deferred also causes a problem with posting on Asgaros forum but I can leave this option off but would like JS Combine on if possible.
