removing those lines looks easy.

How often does it update? I don’t know how to create a child theme so how long will the effect last if I simply remove the lines from my original page?

Ok, they show up whenever I use one of the ‘Recent Posts’ links at the bottom. The page then goes to the post and the avatar and name appears right under the post(after a separator).

I logged out and tried to view it outside of WP and I can still see it.
Do I need another browser to truly log out?
