I’ll try another feed, however the two sites are on the same server, so I don’t believe the firewall has anything to do with it.We have 14 feeds coming into the calendar. All are from sub sites to the main site. Example: students.pharmacy.pitt.edu/amcp and students.pharmacy.pitt.edu/pdc. The goal is for all of the feeds to show on the calendar students.pharmacy.pitt.edu.
This is a multisite installation of WP.
I deleted the feed, but I’m not sure I have successfully re-added it. The green button says “Please wait” and it has said that now for over 10 minutes. If I refresh the web page (at the top in the URL line, the feed now displays in the list. But no events are added, and I’m still unable to manually refresh the feed.
Thanks Sunny! My server admin has confirmed that memory is already set to 256M.
For most of the feeds, I am able to manually refresh, but I have one feed that I can not. In that feed, the number of events is not that large, a weekly recurring meeting that ends in November, and about 5 other events.
This feed is the one I can’t manually refresh: https://students.pharmacy.pitt.edu/pdc/?plugin=all-in-one-event-calendar&controller=ai1ec_exporter_controller&action=export_events
However, it doesn’t appear any of the feeds are automatically updating as they should.

When I run the config test, I do not have a line that says “Cron:On or Cron:off” I do have lines that say this:
DISABLE_WP_CRON: Off
ALTERNATE_WP_CRON: Off
WP_CRON_LOCK_TIMEOUT: 60I have reached out to the server admin to confirm that Cron is running.

I have an update regarding this.
1) Feed import to Google calendar works as expected.
2) Feed with repeating events into an Apple calendar works as it should EXCEPT when repeating events are added as type “Custom.” Repeating events added as Weekly, Monthly or Yearly are displayed exactly as they should. The problem seems to only happen when they are repeated using “custom.”
Thanks Ben. I can confirm that the AIOEC feed issues are with the feed as generated for Apple Calendar. The feed for Google calendar works just fine.

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Cannot import events from google calendarHi Ben,
Can you say anything about this need to wait minutes or hours? I just tried to import a Google feed and I am having no luck. I am signed into the network. The problem I have with this instruction, is that I have no idea why the import is failing. Is this something you are working on fixing?
We resolved this issue. The base URL for the site was improperly set in the database to HTTPS, but users were using the site as HTTP. The plugin (I guess) uses the site’s base URL in building the next and previous links, so browsers wouldn’t handle the buttons properly.
Thanks Benjamin for your help.

In reply to: Question about plugins, and MultisiteThanks for the reply. Can you say more about “the way multisite has to be configured with the server,” and how this impacts performance? I have several multi-site installations and found it very easy to set up/configure. I’d like to better understand your comment.

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Calendar Navigation issues ContinueNo, that didn’t fix my issue, however I set up a test site on a stage/test server and I noticed something that differs between the two. Both are clean installs of the calendar plugin, and both are using the same calendar theme. But the “category” pull down on the public site (the one where the nav breaks, is in a green box. The new test site, it isn’t. Pictures are at this web page since I can’t upload pics here.
