We have sent many times our question to your support and technical support but doesn’t any reply to my email.

I checked the ticket section of my account several times but did not find a single ticket. Can such a technical error occur in the website of such a large plugin?

But when we have tried to same with only email (Ex:[email protected])(Not used any username) but wordfence doesn’t blocked my email after 7 time.
Can you Please check only email address [email protected] (Not used any username) for block IP feature.

Yes, doesn’t work above case => “ So in your testing, as an example, you’re trying to log in as “user” 3 times then that account email “[email protected]” 4 times, which should cause a lockout on that IP. Is that not what is happening?“
Q1: my above setting is proper or not?
Q2: why not work the above cases IP block feature?

Q1 : Wordfence block IP feature work.
1 => when user 7 time hit same email like abcd@gmail but password every time different then block my IP?
2 => when user 7 time hit different email and different password then block my IP
3 => when user 7 time hit username then block my IP this case work properly only email address time not work properly. So please provide solution.

Thank you for the above solution. But doesn’t resolve my issue because you have given the get file method but we need set the upload file method this method are private. when using custom modules doesn’t added file so how can get upload file array. i have print $submission->get_posted_data(); method but every time show blank array.=> https://prnt.sc/10gn8ky so every time first call set method it’s blank values have can access set file method please give as hint.

I try the above solution but doesn’t add upload file values. I have debugged and get the upload method but every time it’s blank so, please provide any other solution. Above code no any uses and work our code.
