Thank you very much for the answers!
First of all, now I have been experimenting with the free version, and I find it a really intelligent designed system, hence the thousands of options customizing both design and functions. Impressive that all is available in a free version. Thanks a lot creator and developers!

As I understand the possibility with coupon system it could be a way to go. Hope it’s OK that I ask a few more questions…

First, if I purchase the pro version for her, will that overwrite the setup I have made with the free version, can I simply keep building or do I have to start from scratch? I haven’t edited any core files, only made some custom fields and formatting.

Is the pro version translated into Danish as well?

So just to clarify. Using the coupon system I can manually send a code to any amount of users, each valid for a given amount of bookings. And I can make a ticket for a recurring event, charging the user an amount of money, but free if he enters the coupon code?

If so, can the coupon also be valid for a given amount of time, instead of times it is used?

And do I have other possibilities to state which events a given type of coupon is valid for? My case scenario was just an example, in real life she have events all weekdays, all made as recurring events. So to work properly, can I say that a certain type of coupon is valid 10 x times for 5 different sets of recurring events? Either with a specified ticket or for example by an attached category or tag?

Sorry for all the questions, but I would really like to be sure that it will work properly before I suggest she buy the pro version.

    Regards.

    Hi timrv

Sorry for my poor explanation, English isn’t my first language.

Not exactly like your example. I will try to rephrase my question.

Every Wednesday there is an event with duration of 1 hour.
A user can log in and book that event as normal, for a certain price.

The person I build the homepage for, like to be able to sell a product, where the user buys 10 X Wednesday events beforehand, for a lower price.

When a user who bought that 10X product logs in and book an event, the system should know that he have already payed beforehand, and count one down of his 10X events, so he now only have 9 left to use.

I am now experimenting with the free version of EM. I made a recurring test Event and I can handle the sale of an event by making different ticket prices for users who bought 10X beforehand and users who didn’t. (just by making them choose different tickets)

But I can’t figure a way to handle the administration of users who bought the 10X beforehand. So for now the owner have to administer that manually, which is partly possible, since she can look up a user and get a list of events that user participated in.

So, my question is, if I miss some functionality in free version that can handle it – or if the Pro version of EM have some functionality that can, for example using the coupon feature with some moderation?

If not I think that would be a great feature for the future.

Thank you for looking into it.

    Hi Robert.
I just add this comment if you or other users might use it. Actually I discovered this by accident. I still have not the “transperent header” activated, but what I did for other reason was to set only 5px top padding on my pages in Elementor. This had 2 great effects on how the pages reacts with Sticky Header Effects for Elementor activated.

First it solved the problem described here on all pages, no matter the lenght of them.

Second it also made the page scrolling smooth and elegant when the header shrinks. Before it kind of “jumped” 2-3 cm up, with the padding it moves pager moves up to the shrinked header nice and slowly.

I am not sure if this is common knowledge, that a user should use top padding on a page Sticky Header Effects for Elementor activated, but it for sure looks and feels much better on my page.

Oh my, now I used so long time on that issue and the reason seems so simple the way you explain it. Many times I thought I solved it, and it just came back the next time I created a page with the problematic amount of content. Feel a bit stupid not being able to figure out, that it was just “bouncing” back since the shrink shortened the page length. And unlucky that my event manager created pages exactly that size….

Thank you a lot for explaining the problem here, and sorry for I kind of suspected your great plugin for causing it. Fantastic support here!

Later there will be some widgets with info above the footer, I think that extra content will solve the problem…

Thanx again for a great plugin and for your help here!

By the way, the problem depends of screen size. I guess you will not experience it on my test pages above if you have a larger or smaller screen than me. So you have to drag the lower edge of the browser up or down till it reach the footer, more or less. So you will have the right amount of space before scroll takes affect. Hope you understand my poor english..

    Hi again.
After some more testing I know what causes the problem. And hope you have some idea how to solve it. I am not sure if it is a general error, but I will guess so, since it happens for me with different settings and themes.

    So here goes:
If I make any kind of page on a specific length, something like from the point where it should shrink to 4-5 cm longer – the problem occurs.
    As on this page: https://yogaly.dk/test/

Then, just adding a few more lines to the page and it is long enough to exceed a length where the problem exists:
    https://yogaly.dk/test2

Well, I know how to solve it now, just have to make sure my pages have enough content or adding some more info in my footer. But I hope you will try to re-generate the problem, and if it is a general thing – that it is possible to fix it.

I will leave the page open til you have send a reply, so you can see how the pages I link to react.

Thank you a lot for fast answer.
The page is in coming soon mode, but I just took it off so you can look. As mentioned I started over again trying to fix it, s? not much content yet. I did have negative margin for the mobile menu, but it was also one of the things I took off again without success.

It seems random which pages is affected, right now I have the issue on this
    specific page:

    https://yogaly.dk/events/yoga-onsdag-eftermiddag-2020-02-12/

I am not sure if you will also have the issue, but somehow I hope so.

    PS.
Sorry, I actually made a mistake above. The original Nature 16 image is only 32 kb. 600 X 339 px. This looks like Rife changes it already as uploaded? Only the copy in the WordPress upload folder is 32 kb – all 10 copies in the Apollo folder is bigger.

    Hi.
Thank you a lot for the response. Yes I also find it a bit strange. So this time about the same thing happens, not so fast and there is slight differences. Its a totally new site, only with WP, Rife and Elementor pagebuilder. The folder is the default folder, wp-content/uploads/apolli13_images

I see now that the number of copies rices fastest for those images that are both used inside a gallery and as it’s selected image. I will upload a image to show what I mean. The Nature16 image is used in a gallery, as selected for that gallery and in a 2x thumbnail in the gallery list. As you can see it is now present 10 times, most in same kb. The original image is the 44 kb. and is present 5 times. It is 600 X 339 px. The 41 kb. image is 600 X 337 px. and the 50 kb. version is 600 X 600 kb.

It seems like the amount of copies slowly increases. The old site was about 1 month old and during that time all images counted 20+

It all might be intended, but I can’t really see why. Especially not regarding the images who are exact the same size, both in kb and px. In the start I thought that it was about changing design regarding mouse over effects, but the gradient I guess will be added in ccs and not overwriting the picture?

Well here is the image: https://faelles.net/test/rife-files.png

    Thank you.
