Thanks for bringing this to our attention, however we are not fully compatible with PHP 8.1 just yet, much less PHP 8.2. Please downgrade to PHP 8.0 and you shouldn’t have many issues, we are going to need more time to be ready for 8.2

Sorry to hear that you are still having trouble here, first I would try reverting the Migration with the snippet in the guide that Victor shared. I would recommend doing that with the Code Snippets Plugin and running it only once.

Then I would also try disabling all other plugins aside from TEC, and switch to a Default theme like 2021. (not 2022 or 2023, they are Full site editor themes and we aren’t fully compatible with them yet.) Resetting the Migration should keep you from having to reset or delete the tables again as well. Please let me know if that works for you

I definitely understand what you are trying to do here, right now this is just not a feature of Tickets Commerce, but you certainly can write in with a feature request to the link I sent.

Setting up WooCommerce to sell Tickets with Bank Transfer is really not all that involved, you just need to download it and then turn that payment method on, and then you can check out with tickets. This is already something you can do with Event Tickets Plus

The only other thing you need to do is re-create your old tickets in WooCommerce, because switching between E-Commerce solutions does not transfer the tickets. But I understand if that part is more work than you want to add.

Thanks for getting back to me on this! I checked and it seems right now we do not have a specific bug report for this, and I am not really seeing the behavior on my own test site with Yoast activated.

I would suggest reaching out to Yoast and asking if they are aware and have a solution, it could just be a small tweak that needs to be made. But you can report back here and if you still have trouble I can take a further look into it

Sorry about the trouble you are having here, I actually cannot access that Events page because it seems to be behind a login.

If you are having issues with Events showing in an incorrect order, I might Test for Conflicts first. Testing Conflicts With Themes and Other Plugins | Knowledgebase To me this sounds like a possible theme issue but its hard to say without getting to see the site.

I believe the issue you are having is because there are no upcoming events in the calendar, please try and add some placeholder events and then see if that changes it to the date, which it should.

Very sorry about the trouble you are having here, we would not really recommend editing core files like this, however if this got it working for you then by all means.

I did some searching, and it turns out this is related to a bug we are working on currently, a fix is on the way, you can use this bug ticket number as a reference: TEC-4764

I don’t have an exact time frame on when this will be released, but we will definitely be reaching out to your here when that is fixed. We really appreciate your patience, sorry about the trouble here.

We definitely appreciate your feedback here, you are correct that only Event Tickets Plus can work with free events. Stripe and PayPal are the default payment methods for Tickets Commerce, and those just do not allow free products. If you want pay at the door or Bank transfers, you will need to use WooCommerce

I would encourage you to submit the Bank Transfers functionality as an Idea here: Ideas

And please do not hesitate to start a new thread if you run into any new issues!

The event admin issue is usually caused by some type of plugin conflict, please go ahead and test your site for conflicts: Testing Conflicts With Themes and Other Plugins | Knowledgebase

As for the CSS issue, please take a look at this page: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/basic-template-settings/
You can try selecting a different template first, but also check if you are using “Skeleton Styles” or “Default Styles.” Default will let the calendar apply a lot of its styling, similar to the Demo page. Whereas Skeleton styles will disable a lot of that and let you theme impose more of its styling. But it can also depend on your theme as well.

At this time The Events Calendar is geared more towards Upcoming and Current events, and the search function is not meant to include Past Events, you can read more about that here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/past-events/

I’m afraid that there is not a built in way to restore everything to default, typically you would need to delete all of the events in the Event admin. As far as a backend/database solution for clearing all of this data, we typically don’t recommend this type of thing because altering the database can cause issues.

The image you shared is showing the Navigation links on a Single Event, which will move you back and forth between the Next Event or the Previous one, as I would expect.

What exactly do you need assistance with?
