The form submissions are saved but I am not getting notified of the form submission and the sender is receiving the error message.

Ok, so looks like clearing the cache and resubmitting sitemap did work.

My problem was a conflicting tabs plugin which I’m no longer using. It won’t work in the sidebar for me but it’s working fine in the page body.
