no, it only waits for connection when I ask it to connect. If I close Mailchimp then open it again it is not trying to connect.

I cannot connect.
I had this plugin working before and I could import products into Mailchimp. I disconnected it so I could connect to a different list and it won’t connect any more.

aha, rightyho, I asked the hosts for support changing the php because I broke it when I tried. I’ll ask again. Sorry!

@nathan19867, you need to use PHP 5.3 or later. You’re using PHP 5.2 or earlier. See the changelog or the Installation notes in the readme, which both mention this change as part of the update to 0.12.x.

php is updated now and I have got it half working – it’s sending emails to the customer when the order is being processed but no confirmation email to the shop owner or customer.
