    Hello,

I just installed the Youzify plugin and it is very well done. The themes are pretty.
I’m interest to upgrade to the pro version. Except that I’m having a big usage problem.

    https://postimg.cc/V58x8Ft9

None of the profile options works. When I’m on my website and I go to my profile, and I click on change profile photo. It automatically sends me back to my home page. Same for all the other options in the profile. As if the profile feature links are not enabled or are empty.

    And i have a second problem :
I installed the login/sub page but there is no option to have a link on the profil.
I would like users to be able to access their profile page via a button or icon.

Do you have any idea where this problems could be coming from?

I use the WordPress newspaper theme.

    Hello @aoiu,

    Thank you for reaching us

    1. Can you clarify more please? Where you click the Profile Picture upload? From the profile settings page or directly from the avatar on Profile Page? Because in the Free version, you only can change Profile Picture form the Profile Settings page

    2. If you mean User Navigation Menu, kindly check this article to find how to set it up

    Hi KaineLabs Team,

I have two problems that are related.

The first is that by following your tutorial to include a profile section, the link goes to the wrong URL.
For example for the profile this refers to: website.com/membres/johnprofile/edit/group/1/

The second problem is going to the correct URL: website.com/membres/john
When I want to go to options. Example for change avatar. This returns a bad URL: website.com/membres/johnprofile/change-avatar

In fact, the links redirect all to the wrong URL.
For the any options this refers to website.com/membres/johnprofile/edit/group/1

There is always this “profile/edit/group/1” or profile/edit/xx bit that is added while I follow your tutorials.

Before i try profilegrid. I disabled it but could this be the cause?

    Hello @aoiu,

Please make sure you update your Youzify and BuddyPress to the newest version And then, make sure you did not install BP Classic.

But if the issue persist, please follow these steps:

    • Deactivate all of your plugins. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.
    • If you have a caching plugin, make sure you deactivate it, or even better – purge the cache.
    • Change your WordPress theme to WordPress TwentySeventeen (or other default WordPress theme).
    • On your WordPress root folder, edit the wp-config.php and set the value of WP-DEBUG to true. If you see any error message, please send here that error.

    Best Regards, KaineLabs Team.

    Hello @aoiu

I checked your video and this is very weird. May I know what Youzify version do you use? Because we fixed this issue since Youzify 1.2.4 (Free version) and 3.4.3 (Pro version).

Also, please go to Youzify Panel >> Profile Settings >> Tab Settings, and then make sure you set Default Tab. One more thing, please make sure to use minimum PHP 8.0.

    Best Regards, KaineLabs Team.

    I have PHP 8.2.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin. Always the same problem.

Can I provide you with identifiers so that you can test?

    Doesn’t work either.

I am experiencing this same issue. I tried all the methods described above.

Has a solution been found yet?
