you’re right because after I wrote you I double checked and I noticed that I left the cookie bot script in the header of the website this was the reason why the cookie notice kept showing.
After I removed the script from the header the cookie notice from cookiebot was not appearing anymore.

Unfortunately I am not able to understand how and why this happens, so I canot replicate the problem. But I believe that there is something to do with the cache because it happened 3 times in the last month with an iphone 6 and it happens when the loading of the website is difficult.

Is there something I can do to check how and why this happened?

I read that the plugin might cause some problems with wordfence. Is that true?
Do you suggest to install wordfence before or after completing the configuration of redirection?

I double-checked the settings and I confirm you that both the WordPress url and the website url are in HTTPS… So I don’t get why the path received by wordfence is http…
Do you have any other suggestion?
