So, the plugin was found disconnected and I connected it, but the form is still not adding contacts. Here is the debug log from today:

It looks like the plugin was not connected and I was able to connect it to our account. It was connected and working so I don’t know why it disconnected from the account.

I just tried to add a contact to our form and it didn’t add it in.

The form looked like it was taking subscribers and had been reporting “Your information has been submitted.” Will it add in the missing subscribers or are they gone forever?

Thank you. Do you mean I should deactivate the plug-in and then reactivate it? I’m not clear on what you mean to manually disconnect and reconnect the plugin.

I have the same problem—-orange box error message from iPhone while connected to WIFI, but the message gets through when my phone is connected through cellular.
