In reply to: [PDF.js Viewer] download=false not workingOk, I did try in my install and always the same. Once I save the post, editing the short code in pointless, but setting it from the start does the trick. I guess the developer will have to help you.

In reply to: [WP Admin No Show] Version 1.4.1 Doesn't Work !I have it install with a multisite and buddy press. In the main site works fine, but on the second one users can see the bar and access the admin area. Is this because the plugin does not work in MU?

In reply to: [PDF.js Viewer] download=false not workingThe way it worked for me is that once you save the code, it does not work. So place the code, put false and then save the post, after that, editing of the short code does not seem to work. At least that is what is happening to me. Deleting that does not work either.

In reply to: Search issueOk, I will check with their support, I did not think it was a theme related issue as I have the same theme in other installs that have not yet been upgraded and that issue does not appear. Anyways, thanks!

In reply to: Search issueOk, I am using the same theme here https://www.lalinternaverde.com, which is still in WordPress 3.7, and search works fine. I will try to disable all plugins later today and see if search is tills behaving this way and let you know.

In reply to: [PDF.js Viewer] false download not workingI think what happens is that once you use the short code and save it, you cannot edited, you have to place it again. What I was doing was placing it with true, and then, entering the post again and edited to false. That did not work. The only solution was to place a new code with false and then save. I have tried that with full screen as well and I seem to have the same problem. Not sure if that makes sense, but I have tried several times.
I would say it is resolved ;). Many thanks and good plugin, so far the best I have tested to embed PDFs in wordpress.

In reply to: [Background Manager] Background Manager Links not WorkingHi Myatu,
I have been trying to figure out the code for my site given the examples above and looking at the code of those pages, but nothing works on mine either. Can you check it?

In reply to: [Background Manager] Per Category BackgroundI found it. Just in case someone sees this or has the same problem. To make sure the background only shows in a specific category you need to create a gallery and chose to have active the default background. The on the image gallery you have created you will see the list of categories you can have your desired background. Great plugin!
Hi Marcus,
Many thanks for your answer and solution. That was the problem I did not touched anything on that area of settings.
Many thanks once again!!
Rafa
Hi Phil,
Apologies for my late reply. Yes the event is published, but under “private” when it is associated with a “private” or “hidden” Buddypress group. Even if I try to update the event to public while being an event from a “private” group the page is refreshed but the event still appears as “private” which means I cannot change its status.
But, if I decide to make that event another’s group event, and that group is open, then when I refresh is still private, but I can then switch to public by updating and the it changes to “public” correctly.
I tested this in two sites and it happens with all events I try to create. I am using a WordPress install that it is not MU, just in case this is something relevant, although the pro version is intended to be used in a MU environment.
Cheers,
Rafa
That works, but what I am seeing is that I have a user on a group, which is private or hidden, and that users sees the events tab on the group with no events, when he should be seeing 1 as he is a member of the group. I will explain step by step to make sure it is clear.
1. I create a group X and I make it private by default.
2. One user requests to join X and he is accepted
3. I create an event Y and I choose it to be a group event X, so only members of that group can see it and book
4. As an admin I can see on Group X a tab with events (1), but when my member, the one accepted, access the group, his tab says events (0). I have even given that user the rol of admin but he is not able to see the tab with event (1)One thing I noticed is that because the group is private, the event is published as Private as well, but still members cannot see it.
Does this make sense? perhaps I am going around in circles, but I am not able to figure this one out.
Many thanks for your previous reply and for the plugin. If this finally works we will be getting the pro version.

In reply to: [BuddyPress Docs] Docs not visible in groupI have the same problem. The tab does not appear in my groups when I attached the document and I have tried it in two different installs, one using the Twenty Twelve theme.
Also, a bit off topic, it seems you cannot upload .pdf or .jpeg, could this be? When I tried I could not create the doc.

In reply to: [BuddyDrive] Only for groups?Hi imath,
Very interesting plugin. Is there any way there could be restrictions based on roles? Only admins have buddydrive, or only admins and editors, etc. Having everyone been able to upload could work for certain communities, but for others perhaps only for certain roles it makes sense. Also, when a group is hidden there is no option of uploading files to that group any reason why?
That being said, this is an excellent plugin with a lot of potential.
Thanks,
Rafa
