In reply to: [Customizr] Font loads lateBump on this thread.
How am I the only one seeing this? I didn’t change any font related things.

In reply to: [Customizr] How to make Slider images load first?@robin-labadie Do you know where the code is for the lazy loading? Seems like it could be easy to modify. Otherwise I may just have to find some different slider component.

In reply to: [Customizr] How to make Slider images load first?@nikeo Oh ok. So that means the theme is currently designed to load last because of the heavy usage. Can you direct me to the code/file where that is set? I can take a look and maybe update it to be first instead. Thanks!

In reply to: [Customizr] How to make Slider images load first?Anyone have any insight on this? It’s pretty frustrating that I have a slider at the top of the page above the fold and the images in the slider load last.
I failed to search before posting this. I see that if I go to Essential Add Ons > Tools > Regenerate assets it seems to work now.
But how did it get in this state in the first place and how can I prevent this from happening again?
I fixed this problem in the end by going into the broken page and going back to a revision that was working. Then I clicked the arrow (save options) next to “Update” and clicked “Save as Template.” Once I saved it as a template, I was able to create a new elementor page and load that template and everything was working.
I was waiting for an update for a while, but nothing came out so I eventually found this solution. By this point, Elementor has been updated for a while, so maybe a fix was in there too.

In reply to: [Customizr] Caption Font Not Being Styled Correctly@d4z_c0nf Looks like the last update of Customizr 4.1.48 fixed it! Thanks for the quick update!
Another update with more information if it’s helpful. I found another page that I was not using with an old test design I made in Elementor. That page seemed to still be functioning normally: https://biketoeverything.com/home/
However, when I tried to “Edit with Elementor” it showed up with this error about “The Content Area Was Not Found in Your Page”. I found this help page https://docs.elementor.com/article/56-content-area-not-found?utm_source=editor-panel&utm_medium=wp-dash&utm_campaign=learn
I’ve deactivated my Essential Add Ons just to make sure that wasn’t it, no changes. It seems now that I’ve lost some of the data for my Elementor pages or something like that and the page above is just cached somewhere. Weird things.
They are not. All the folders are the default of 755 (and the files the default of 644). One thing that’s weird is that within uploads > elementor > css the folder is empty. Not sure if that is supposed to be the case.
Hi david, I’m not using LiteSpeed. I’m using Apache. Is this something I need to change for Elementor to work properly?
An update on this. I tried to restore from a previous revision of the page (because apparently the older versions looked fine, and I have no idea what changed without me saving anything), but when I try to restore it loads all the way and never quite updates. Weird things happening with my Elementor.
@rafinkhan it seems that the EA Post Grid is displaying properly, but my initial issue is not resolved that the content is not updating. When I am in the edit mode of an EA Post Grid (the ones above the Recent posts), under Content > Query I am trying to change the content of those 3 posts on the top, and whatever I do, it never changes. I even select Manual Selection and they don’t get refreshed.
So there are 2 possible solutions
1. How do I force a refresh on an individual EA Post Grid?
2. How do I copy all the Style settings to a new EA Post Grid? (because a new EA Post Grid doesn’t have this problem of the Query not refreshing)Interesting. So this reveals another problem, but does not solve my initial problem.
If you go to my website, you’ll see that the post grid does not fill in the empty space like it should. It makes only horizontal rows of posts. The error I see is as such:
eael-post-1763.min.js?ver=3.3.3:1 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'totalPosts' of undefined at PostGrid (eael-post-1763.min.js?ver=3.3.3:1) at _runHook (frontend.min.js?ver=2.7.4:2) at Object.doAction (frontend.min.js?ver=2.7.4:2) at e.exports.runReadyTrigger (frontend.min.js?ver=2.7.4:2) at HTMLDivElement.<anonymous> (frontend.min.js?ver=2.7.4:2) at Function.each (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:2) at a.fn.init.each (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:2) at _default.runElementsHandlers (frontend.min.js?ver=2.7.4:2) at _default.onInit (frontend.min.js?ver=2.7.4:2) at _default.Module.trigger (frontend-modules.min.js?ver=2.7.4:2) PostGrid @ eael-post-1763.min.js?ver=3.3.3:1 _runHook @ frontend.min.js?ver=2.7.4:2 doAction @ frontend.min.js?ver=2.7.4:2 runReadyTrigger @ frontend.min.js?ver=2.7.4:2 (anonymous) @ frontend.min.js?ver=2.7.4:2 each @ jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:2 each @ jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:2 runElementsHandlers @ frontend.min.js?ver=2.7.4:2 onInit @ frontend.min.js?ver=2.7.4:2 Module.trigger @ frontend-modules.min.js?ver=2.7.4:2 r.<computed> @ frontend-modules.min.js?ver=2.7.4:2 init @ frontend-modules.min.js?ver=2.7.4:2 Module @ frontend-modules.min.js?ver=2.7.4:2 child @ frontend-modules.min.js?ver=2.7.4:2 _default @ frontend.min.js?ver=2.7.4:2 attachDocumentClass @ frontend.min.js?ver=2.7.4:2 (anonymous) @ frontend.min.js?ver=2.7.4:2 each @ jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:2 each @ jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:2 attachDocumentsClasses @ frontend.min.js?ver=2.7.4:2 _default @ frontend.min.js?ver=2.7.4:2 initOnReadyComponents @ frontend.min.js?ver=2.7.4:2 init @ frontend.min.js?ver=2.7.4:2 (anonymous) @ frontend.min.js?ver=2.7.4:2 i @ jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:2 fireWith @ jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:2 ready @ jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:2 J @ jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:2
If I clear my cache, this fixes it for just ONE refresh, but then the error comes back.
Clearing the cache does not seem to effect the posts not getting updated for the post query.
I am indeed on the latest version at 3.3.3.
Thanks!

In reply to: [Elementor Addon Elements] EA Post Grid not updating QueryApologies, you’re right! I was getting confused with all the elementor add ons haha. I posted again in “Essential Addons for Elementor” where that widget really exists.
