I’m sorry. That’s not the answer I was looking for.
I want to set the author of posts posted by “Feed to Post” to me.
Feedzy seems to get the author with wp_get_current_user(), but this function returns 0. I want 1 returned here.

This is odd.
When manually posting, you cannot post without an active user associated as the author.
Also, if you remove a user from a WordPress install that still has posts published, you will be asked to delete that content or attribute all content to another user.

Is there any way to prevent this error from happening when there is a post with an author value of 0, by changing any of the settings in YoastSEO, etc.

When Feedzy autoposts, the author is 0.
Feedzy is a plugin.

Feedzy seems to get the author with wp_get_current_user(), but this function returns 0. It probably happens when I’m not logged into wordpress.

I see that there is no easy way to achieve the same effect with the WP_Query class.
Still, this sorting feature works well enough and is great.
