Unfortunately I would be unable to do that, it is the internal ‘links’ category that comes with every WP install.

I’ll just have to add a text widget and write the link list in by hand, chalk it up as another unsolved mystery.

I appreciate everyone’s reply, just thought someone else may have experienced this.

Thanks for your prompt reply. With all due respect to your product, I simply scrapped it for the time being. There are surely conflicts going on with perhaps other plug-ins, or whatever. I just isn’t going to work anytime soon without some time spent under the hood

Installed the plug-in, entered all the appropriate codes, etc. Took a while to work, finally work, then didn’t show, refreshed the page, etc, etc. Today, it’s dead in the water.

Thought I take a chance of posting before I scrap it and move onto something else, not certain what’s causing it not to work.

SeaMonkey is my main browser, tested it in IE, Firefox, and Chrome, simply doesn’t work and not showing any signs it is going to work anytime soon.

Any suggestions?

Thank you for your reply, I’ve been able to set the thumbs, I’m still not certain on the alignment, but I’m on the right path.

All you need to do is configure it under Theme Setting page. Choose to display excerpt and the featured image will automatically display

I wish that was the case but it is not, something is amiss or not configured properly. There is no ‘featured image’ widget in the post sidebar, I’m adding the image manually embedding it into the post. The landing page displays text only excerpts.

the chiron theme, got it here at WP. I should’ve mentioned my image is currently embedded into the post.

So I went ahead and overwrote everything except my css and images, etc. Back to normal, something was askew somewhere but unfortunately I can’t pinpoint which file. So I guess, when in doubt, re-install.

Weired, never had this problem. Have you tried using a different browser? Or clear the browser cache?

I only have 3 plugins activated, is it a java script issue? It’s not working on any browser from any computer.

No, that did nothing, guess I’ll need to try what the other poster suggested. It’s a drag because it’s a new installation and I’m trying to design it.

I will try that, I do know certain plugins have been acting up across many of my wordpress installs.
