Hello @totalsoft
Any news on this?
Version 2.1.6 did NOT solve the problem.
Maybe it also has something to do with this:
Under (styles) description options they are not adjustable, as under Title Options, font size, color, etc.
Only show on or offThanks
No, the issue is not resolved in 2.1.6 version – Unfortunately
Okay, then we’ll wait for that.
But I guess you understand that the text still disappears!
Thanks
Hello @totalsoft
I have updated to version 2.1.6 and saw that the file has been adjusted to your previous response. However, no results.
Maybe this will help too;
Under (styles) description options they are not adjustable, as under Title Options, font size, color, etc.
Only show on or offYou don’t have to set anything extra in Updraft’s settings.
Default settings are ok. Well, Passive checked.Please look here if this helps;
https://docs.cpanel.net/knowledge-base/ftp/how-to-enable-ftp-passive-mode/In your modem/router also port forwarding for the specific ports (in the example e.g. 49152 through 65534)
Success
Hello @its7376
what kind of device do you use as a backup server?
I found the solution for the errors!
Passive FTP was necessary but port of Passive FTP, different néxt to port 21, was not set correctly.
In any case, thanks for your thoughts @vupdraft.
Unfortunately, that makes no difference. The error code remain the same
Passive mode unchecked:
Messages:
- PHP event: code E_WARNING: ftp_nb_fput(): Can’t build data connection: Connection timed out. (line 93, wp-content/plugins/updraftplus/includes/ftp.class.php)
Passive mode checked:
Messages:
- PHP event: code E_WARNING: ftp_nb_fput(): php_connect_nonb() failed: Operation now in progress (115) (line 93, wp-content/plugins/updraftplus/includes/ftp.class.php)
- PHP event: code E_WARNING: ftp_nb_fput(): Type set to I. (line 93, wp-content/plugins/updraftplus/includes/ftp.class.php)

Hello @vupdraft,
Before I had another modem it worked by default.
Nothing has changed on the (backup) server (NAS) side.
The new modem settings I don’t fully understand.
This is the modem: ZTE Modem, Device type: H369A Software Version V1.0.2_TL1T9 – settings here are:
Port Forwarding – protocol choice: TCP – UDP – or TCP & UDP (I have tried everything individually)
LAN Host: IP from backup server (Synology NAS)
WAN Port: Port number 21
LAN Host Port also 21Possibility for DMZ settings: On or Off – Lan Host – IP Address – not clear, my NAS or my PC (Tried both, On or Off)
Also option DHCP Binding – Assign Public IP – ON or Off – Device MAC Address (from my NAS)
On wordpress site Passive mode: tried on and off
Need more data? Let me know
Thanks
Hello Stefano,
Update:
first of all, it’s not your plugin ??
I have found that the cron job with */5 * * * * /usr/local/bin/php /path/to/site/my_cron.php not working properly
In my confirmation mail (from Cron Daemon) it says “done” but the script was not executed….
When I call the script via my browser it works, and… executed.
So I have to come up with something else to make this work.
Hello Stefano,
I have set it to debug mode, can I send those files to an email address?
Under Site Health Status I see:
The scheduled event, newsletter, failed to run. Your site still works, but this may indicate that scheduling posts or automated updates may not work as intended.
I don’t see anything strange about this, so there must be some other reason.
Have you tried appearance – themes – live preview (so that nothing changes on your website) with a different theme?
disable may not be the same as actually “clearing” the cache ??
