Здравствуйте, для импорта и обновления использую плагин WP All Import, товаров которых больше нет в фиде он полностью удаляет. Пробовала при обновлении не удалять товары, а менять на черновик, но к сожалению так ни чего не происходит.

If so, you can use the pmxi_saved_post hook: https://www.wpallimport.com/documentation/developers/action-reference/.
