Okay. Thank you for your support!
Ok, so that means that I don’t have the chance to use the 5 gramm weight, the lowest is 10 gramm per product?
Hi, I’ve send you the last email again. When we have a new order I’ll also get the log again and can send it. I had an order this morning and it still was not working correct.
I have the newest version of the plugin (3.5.4. as of now)

Hey @abdalsalaam ,
I still have this issue. I’ve send you the information via email 2 months ago. Are there any news?
Hey @abdalsalaam ,
so I have double checked it and it does not seem to work, I still have the same issues as before. I still have this issue: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/weight-of-producted-rounds-to-2-decimal/
Perfect, thank you!
Hey @abdalsalaam
thanks for the answer. Is this a new limitation, because in the past everything worked out fine?
How am I supposed to use the plugin now, because I have lots of products with 5g weight. Can’t you round by gram instead of rounding per 10 gram? Or set a minimum weight for the whole label instead?

In reply to: [DHL Shipping Germany for WooCommerce] Product weight does not updateYup ok that was it. Thanks, should have checked that on my own.

In reply to: [DHL Shipping Germany for WooCommerce] Product weight does not updateAh ok, no I did not change anything like that. No additional code was added.
The package weight inside the order settings is also already wrong. E.g. I have an order with only one product, which has a weight of “0,005” set in the product shipping settings. In the order settings the estimated weight is still “0.01” (the old weight).

In reply to: [DHL Shipping Germany for WooCommerce] Product weight does not updateHey, how can I check that? I don’t think I have done that. I just have installed the plugin, set everything up and it worked out of the box.

Okay but anyways how to solve the error mentioned above?

In reply to: [YITH WooCommerce Product Add-Ons] Delete plugin does not delete dataHey, thanks for the fast reply.
I don’t have particular problems with the plugin settings. What I mentioned was that I have added a few add-ons and after uninstalling the plugin and installing it again, they still have been there (the data has not been deleted)
Right after the migration to the new site I had some php errors on the live website which I could resolve by setting a default tax rate. Now I don’t see any visible error, the one I’ve posted initially was send to me from wordpress directly via email.Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.
In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, YITH WooCommerce Product Add-ons & Extra Options.
