I didn’t do anything. I think it takes a few days for the browser to forget the setting that is attached to this maneuver. You might try to delete the browser memory, or go to another device and see if the site is still up. I have since updated the plugin and it did not ask to click on this feature again.

Forbidden error disappeared and the sites came back.

Thank you, that was very helpful. I would like to take this opportunity to recommend that you make a place in this plugin to edit the maximum upload file size simply by selecting the number of megabytes.

I have retested this issue on a different web host…originally with Dreamhost where the issue started and secondly with Network Solutions on a cloned practice site. The issue could not be duplicated, so now I am thinking it is with the web host.
Plugin developer says:

Please note that we do agree with the fact that it’s a hosting issue rather than a theme. It’s about the permissions of the normal access to certain php files without the necessity to login.

I am using All in One WP Firewall and Security Plugin which sets permissions for security. I am researching which permissions to override at present and consider this issue resolved with you.

I tried it, but it still doesn’t work. Maybe you could tell me what I am doing wrong….I placed a my custom placeholder.png image in my /child-theme/woocommerce/placeholder.png and added a function in my child theme functions.php file.`

It is still using the image in the plugin.

It seems to be working now. I did go to settings and added page/ to the slug setting.

Latest update produces no faults. Therefore his issue must be resolved.

I would greatly appreciate that you seriously consider adding the
feature that I requested. If the failed login record does not lockout
the IP address, then it would be a nice feature to click on a check
box to select that IP to be added to locked addresses in the tab on
the dashboard.
