We experience the same issue again. It says half of our products were deleted from our feed, but they aren’t so we don’t understand why these items aren’t included in our catalogue?

Hi! We’re also experiencing the issue of duplicated IDs even though no duplications exist in the feed. ??
Now there are issues with our feed again. ?? It says many products have duplicate IDs but they don’t. We receive this notification in FB:
IDs can’t be duplicated.Anyone else experiencing this issue and how can it be fixed?

Yes, now they are, but they were published the beginning of this evening and usually when we manually refresh the product feed, they’re visible immediately. I don’t understand why it took multiple refreshes and a few hours for them to show up.

Hi!
We just added new products to the website and already refreshed the data feed on FB several times, but the new items don’t show up in the feed. We already cleared caches as well.
Any idea what this could be?

I’ll be happy to give you access to the file, but I’m not sure how to do that in a safe way. Probably only certain IP addresses have access to the file, but I don’t know your IP address. What would be another safe way to share it?

I see that some product variations do show up in the feed, but all are at least missing one variation, so it still seems that something’s wrong there. The ‘Include Product Variations’ is still toggled on.
Somehow we need to find a solution for this. This currently negatively impacts our ads as only one third of our products is shown and collection ads are missing items…

Our developer says the following:
Hi, I have checked and seems like the variations are missing from the FB Product feeds XML. The WooCommerce Feed Pro plugin rolled out an update two days ago (13th June 2023). Can just be a bug that was added in the recent update. All the settings at our end are fine. You can contact the customer support to check-in about the issue.
It’s possible that the file is protected. We’ll have to contact our tech support to check.
