Confirming that on latest version, even if ship_to_different_address field is disabled, the shipping address is stored.

pt_BR, not sure if its language related, just a guess as you can’t recreate

i’ve changed the language to english, but again, the same.
Maybe if its installed in pt_BR form the beggining. again, just a guess.

i know there’s a bunch of plugins there, but using with default theme with only woocommerce also returns the same error.

Any browser, installed in localhost with wamp, hostgator, godaddy, softlayer..

Maybe you couldnt replicate cause you are using in english.
Change the language of wordpress and you’ll see the state checked in red.

Anybody noticed this behavior?
