It seems as though when I am not logged in selections require 2 touches for confirming. When logged in only one is required hence the issue. : /.

Thank you WPyogi, sorry but all of this is extremely foreign to me. I visited these sites and they just aren’t making much sense to me. I did download a copy of the responsive theme to my desktop. I’m having a hard time figuring out where to go from here although i’ve visited the FTP clients. : (
