Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately I’m not the one choosing the website theme, so I am not sure the theme support wp_body_open hook. Looks like they are using a theme called “Bridge”, and according to their change log – https://bridge.qodeinteractive.com/change-log/ , they had added compatibility for WordPress 5.2 ‘wp_body_open’ action.

Hi, thanks for the reply. It is very strange that I can receive the “activate my account” email, but never the order confirmation email. Can you guys help me if i provide the login information?

Hi I’m also facing the same problem about not receiving any email verification. I’m using cloudways as hosting service but they said they cannot do anything about the email setting of the plugin. Please help!
