We received ‘Address not found’ issue (https://share.getcloudapp.com/ApuXw7B7) when we try to send mail.

So we assumed this issue is due to double h letter as per screenshot (https://share.getcloudapp.com/Wnu71Lzx). So we removed one of the h letter and resent mail but we are not sure this ([email protected]) is the correct email address. Can you please confirm whether you received mail ? Or else can you please send valid email address to resend.

We didn’t use any plugins for login re-direction. We are using custom coding to handle user role redirection after logged in as per screenshot (https://share.getcloudapp.com/4guKk2J4).

Thanks for your response for our queries. Below is our response for your queries

Regarding 1st point, Yes based on the user role, we redirect users to their corresponding pages after login as per screenshot (https://share.getcloudapp.com/jkuv5Pnb). Moreover we need 2FA only for specific roles. So we have enabled our rule in plugin settings as per screenshot (https://share.getcloudapp.com/eDu5qyxj).

As per our coding user who assigned to the role which needs 2FA. After code authentication, Needs to redirect to front end home page but as early said, users are currently redirecting to backend profile page.

Regarding 2nd point, Let me limit the grace period.

May I know how to fix those issue. So I need to redirect user to front end home page after submission of authentication code as per screenshot (https://share.getcloudapp.com/DOu4ZLNB).

Also plugin doesn’t force the user to configure 2fa having status ‘Required but not configured’ as per screenshot (https://share.getcloudapp.com/wbuz4OQ7)
