Hi,
the nexdend’s support found that the problem was due to hosting providers, so I did a test on a local server LAMP and I was able to verify the accuracy of the diagnosis.
After opening a ticket to the provider the problem has been resolved.
Unfortunately I can not say more of the problem and what is being done.
