In reply to: [Custom Google Plus Feed (google+)] Feed Has Stopped DisplayingA follow-up:
I’ve determined this to be an issue with Google+ itself… public posts have (for an unknown reason) stopped appearing publicly, so CGPF was showing a blank feed.
Sorry for any trouble. I will await a response from Google as to why this is occurring.

So they are one in the same… it seems breadcrumbs call the title in a different way then?Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [Custom Google Plus Feed (google+)] gpf feed error @ php:272Thank you for your reply, Spencer!
wp_debug is currently set to false, but I’m seeing notifications via a plugin called Query Monitor, fwiw.

Hi, Spencer – thank you for the speedy reply and solution! You are definitely right about best practices; I suppose I should have considered that there are both internal and external links present in the feed: ideally, I would like to have all internal links (from the FB post itself) to open in the same tab, with all external links retaining the target=”_blank”. However, that level of versatility would probably require editing the source code.
Thank you for the code snippet – I’ll try implementing it and see how things go.

Ahhh, I see now! I apologize for thinking so narrowly; from a developer’s standpoint, that would be really confusing!
I will keep the previous code on hand as well though – never know when that might come in handy!
Ahh, thank you so much for this, but I may have been unclear: this seems to be a permanent fix!
I was thinking more of an adding an additional filter option to the History Log itself. It would essentially be the opposite of the “user filter” under the “show options” header.
For my situation, I think either option would output similar results… but I could see both being very useful!
Are you thinking of the ability to see non-post administrative edits alongside post edits from others? If it wasn’t a prohibitive amount of work, I expect that level of filtering could be useful for many people!

In reply to: [Videopack] Google Adopting Title Field for KGVIDOnce again, I apologize; I should have been more specific!
Link here: https://www.lyrical-nonsense.com/lyrics/super-beaver/rashisa/I’m seeing these issues when I try to post links to Google+ – I’m not sure what may be different in the method G+ acquires this information in comparison to search engine bots. I also noticed it, when +1-ing pages, in the way it shows up in my profile data: https://plus.google.com/u/0/+ThaerinPhilos/plusones (as seen on the page titled “false”, which was +1’d pre title-fix).

In reply to: [Videopack] Google Adopting Title Field for KGVIDSorry, me again!
Taking another look during my social posting, this seems to be effecting the “meta” field as well – Google is instead adopting text beginning with the start of the page instead of what “WordPress SEO” has defined for it.

In reply to: [Videopack] Google Adopting Title Field for KGVIDThat did the trick – thank you so much for your attention and speedy response on this!
Looking forward to the new update!

In reply to: [Contextual Related Posts] Showing Specific Pages/Posts on Home PageThank you for the link!
After a day of tweaking here and there, I accomplished to do just that! I’m really pleased with how it turned out.
Thanks again for all the help!

In reply to: [Contextual Related Posts] Showing Specific Pages/Posts on Home PageSo experimenting, I’m finally learning a bit more about how to CSS and probably just need to apply the styles to direct pictures/links instead of trying to reference php like a dummy!
Still trying to figure out how all the styles are pieced together, but I’m sure that’s really all it takes.
Thanks for taking the time to read my amateurish journey!
