Please de-activate plugin again re-activate plugin from “Plugins” option.

Can you post the ticket url on Documentor support here?

It seems that when the plugin was activated, the DB didn’t get created properly. You can try deactivating and then re-activating the plugin. This can fix the issue with Documentor DB. If it does not help, please write to support[at]documentor.in as you might need to provide temporary access details.

Please mention the link to this support query there.

Also, you can check if this is due to conflict with some other plugin (may be some other plugin loads scripts on Testimonial Slider’s admin page).

The issue might be due to the wpColorPicker being called before the inclusion of color picker script. Can you check the page source and see if that is the issue?

I run the latest version of Testimonial Slider and this issue is not visible on my admin side.

I checked the issue with Testimonial Slider on your site. Below CSS works for me. Please paste it in Dashboard => Testimonial Slider => Settings => Basic Settings=> Miscellaneous => Custom Styles.

I checked this and I find that whoever can create a guide (has that access) can view all the other created guides on “All Guides” panel. I guess this kind of restriction cannot be incorporated currently through this plugin.

I tried to check this page but it is access restricted. Are you using any access manager plugin?

If the page on which Documentor guide is embedded is public, the Documentor guide is visible to all. There is no access restriction or constraints in this plugin.

Documentor plugin works well with WordPress version 4.8.3.

If you are still using it, please share the screenshot of the issue.

If you use ‘Recent Post Slider’ or ‘Category Slider’, you need not to add the posts manually.

For fetching recent posts automatically, you can use the shortcode
[smoothrecent]

And to fetch the recent posts of certain category, you can use the shortcode

[smoothcategory catg_slug=”sports”]

..where ‘sports’ is the slug (short url) of the category

The slides will automatically link to the post.
