Yeah, I tested it works fine but get_admin_url is available from WP 3.0+ but since wp staging requires min WP 3.6+ so it’s not a problem, It happened on normal site and when permalink is set to default.

it redirected to link alike https://www.example.com/12324343xxx/?p=xxx

Seems issue got fixed.

Usually, We won’t change anything on your server while backing up database or files. Please check the other plugins could installed on your site which might have changed it. Also, check your current permalink_structure key in the wp_options table.

Thanks for bringing this matter to our notice. You will get 15 days restore points with the free version of WPTC plugin.
There shouldn’t be 30 days restore point option in the free version. I have noted this as a UI bug and will fix this in the upcoming update release of WPTC plugin.

Note: You will get a popup error message when you select 30 days from the drop-down.

We have released an update for WPTC plugin version 1.13.0. Kindly update and you should be able to save your restore points to 120 days.

Right now, you need to the have the database intact to restore the complete site.

Say, if all the files on your WordPress site are deleted but not your Database then you can quickly restore the site with the help of our bridge file.

If all the files and Database tables are deleted, then you need to manually download the backup files from your Cloud Storage and upload it to your WordPress server.

We are working on a feature in which you can restore your site in a single click even when the site is completely wiped off. I believe we will be releasing an update in a couple of weeks time with this new feature.

Can you check whether you can see the below-mentioned folder on your WordPress site root folder? If not, create the folders.
wp-content/uploads/tCapsule/backups
Or set proper permissions for your PHP instance to create a folder on the above location.

We have already implemented the 120 days restore points. Right now our testing team is working on it.
Hope we should be releasing it by next week.
