    (As the shipping fee of the cart is based on total weight value, which is not what I expected -> shipping fee to calculate item per item as I mentioned earlier. So I put up to 400kg shipping rule to temporarily cater to estimated customer order volume per order as I don’t think they will order more than that (average weight of 1 item about 30kg).
    Initially, I set up t0 70kg only for both shipping zone as the courier can only support up to 70kg/item, and it turns out the cart only show shipping fee when the cart weight within 70kg, if order 1 item 20kg, another item 40kg (total 60kg), it will not show shipping fees, only show another option self pickup. That’s why now I add the shipping rule weight as much as I can to temporarily be able to capture the shipping fee if customer order few items which exceed 70kg)

    Kindly provide guidance to me. Is my case considered complicated? I expected woocommerce checkout is based on item per item. Isn’t it common that when you order 2 items (1 parcel for 1 item) then you pay 2 times of shipping fees, just simple as that. Why woocommerce checkout shippig fee is based on total weight value of the cart instead?
    My expectation: Once detect how much the shipping fee ($5) for that particular item, just add on the additional shipping fee based on how much quantity the customer add, 2 quantities then $10, …, 10 quantities then $100. For customer order few different item, each shipping fee for each item will show up accordingly. However, woocommerce cart page just show the total shipping fee based on the total cart weight, this is confusing.

    Hi,

    I have created a domain email account [email protected] and with an alias email [email protected]. I tested the email and it works fine with correct sender name.

    But, one problem I encountered right now is
    I set the alias email as “sender email” in woocommerce setting

    However, after I tried purchased at my store, the order notification email I received is from [email protected] instead of [email protected].

    Note: I set [email protected] as the administration email address.

    May I know how to fix this?

    Hi,
    I use tongsunrattan@gmail as my email address now. My website hosting provider is hostinger and I yet to create the domain email @tongsunrattan.com.my in hostinger.

    Yes my email addresss is correctly keyin. This is my woocommerce email setting, refer here https://ibb.co/C0fcDW6

    Just to be sure – do you mean the email address that is used to send out the order email notifications? OR the email address that you display on your website to the visitors?
    Currently I am only have this gmail address. Do you mean I have to create 2 separate emails for these purposes, using domain email @tongsunrattan.com.my?

    Yes you are right. I’m managed to solve the issue just now. I downloaded Shipping Packages for WooCommerce plugin zip file and I’ve done the setting. It works well.
