Dear @largbasket,
Thank you for your response. We are experiencing spam registrations on our WordPress site having “Tutor LMS Pro by Themeum,” although the reCAPTCHA is enabled in the “Tutor LMS” settings. Spam registrations occur every 30 minutes if “Anyone can register” is enabled in WordPress settings. 2FA in “Tutor LMS” is not working at all with the premium theme “Skillate,” also sold by Themeum; thus couldn’t enable this feature. Kindly let us know how we can avoid these spam registrations in other ways in “Tutor LMS”.
Thank you.
Dear @jobayertuser,
Thanks.
Dear @jobayertuser,
Thank you for your response. Let me explain the issue in detail. Assume there are two instructors on the platform.
Instructor 1: Had Zoom JWT set up; frontend migration notice is visible.
Instructor 2: New user who never set up Zoom. Still, the frontend notice is visible. At least, in the second case, we could avoid this notice. I hope you well received the issue/bug.
Dear @jobayertuser ,
I appreciate the suggested options you provided earlier, but I feel they do not fully address my query. As you may know, Tutor LMS can also be utilized as a marketplace, allowing different instructors to publish their courses. The notice is also displayed to all users who haven’t previously set up their Zoom integration (they do not require migration). If this notice is for the purpose of welfare, there are alternative approaches that can be considered.
Here are a few suggestions that I believe would help resolve the issue:
* Provide an option in the settings that allows site owners to choose whether or not to display the notice.
* Allow customization of the documentation link, enabling site owners to set their own branding and tailor the information provided.
* Display the notice only to users who actually need to migrate, rather than showing it to all users indiscriminately.I would like to emphasize that forcing your branding on premium clients is ethically questionable. Giving clients the freedom to choose what they prefer would be more appropriate. If the intention is not to engage in marketing efforts, it is important to rectify this situation promptly, as it may be perceived as forced marketing.
Lastly, I kindly request professional support from Themeum. It is crucial to have a team that understands customer requirements and incorporates them into the plugin’s development.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

In reply to: [Quick Download Button] Downloads redirects to 404 errorHi @kusimo! Yes, the file is accessible without using the plugin. All worked very well until the WordPress 6.2 update.

In reply to: [Quick Download Button] Frozen pageI face the same issue. The edit post/page gets fully frozen if we click the button block and it leads to refreshing the page to get back the controls. But once in a while plugin allows editing after refreshing (like once in ten tries). It’s installed in a multisite with the latest WP version.

In reply to: [Embed PDF Viewer] Multisite Compatibility for User RolesThanks. I tried that several times, removing the block and re-adding it. It doesn’t help. Also, I checked in two different multisites, it works only for Super Admins. It is something beyond my control.
