Hi @delanthear
We don’t currently have reports of a similar issue, but our team would love to better understand the conflict you’re experiencing.
Would you be able to reach out to us at https://www.monsterinsights.com/get-help/ so we can take a look at things directly to resolve it?
Thank you!
TimHi @almoore01
This support forum is for MonsterInsights, not AIOSEO, you’ll need to contact them for help with that.
Thank you,
TimHi @axiom28,
The summary emails are sent out once a month for lite users. If there is more than one admin, only the original(first) site administrator will get a copy of the summary email.
If there is anything else I can do for you, let me know!
Thanks,
TimHi @axiom28
For lite (free) users, by default the monthly email summaries are only able to be sent to the website’s administrator email.
If you’re the site’s admin, just double-check your user email to ensure it’s correct, and you should receive those summaries.
Thanks!
Hi @ahnaffauzan
Just to add to this for yourself and any other users that may run into this error.
The following domains must be accessible for MonsterInsights to work:

- miusage.com
- google.com
For more information please visit this page: https://www.monsterinsights.com/docs/domains-that-must-be-accessible-for-tracking/
If your web hosting company has a firewall enabled, you’ll need to contact the web host to allow the domains.

TimHi @jvdhelder,
Thank you for your concern over the opt-in/opt-out. The ExactMetrics monthly email summary is an automatic opt-in. This can still be disabled by going to the settings as previously mentioned.
However, when it comes to your concern, as the summary is generated only on your website as well as being sent to yourself, this does comply with WordPress privacy standards. This has been confirmed with the WordPress moderation team.
As the email summary is generated on your site and is sent from your site, we do not see any information, not even the receiving email address, and no data touches any of our servers, this does comply as you are generating it yourself.
If you have any further concerns, please feel free to reach out to us via our support page https://www.exactmetrics.com/contact/, where you can also review our privacy policy, linked in the footer.
Thank you,
TimHi @ipstenu
I completely understand your concern!
So, the email is generated locally on the user site and then sent from that same site. We don’t touch it, see it, nothing is sent from our end in regard to the summary. We can’t even see which email is receiving the summary, as all those details are stored locally on the site itself.
Let me know if you have other concerns that you’d like further details on.
Thanks!
TimThe option is enabled by default. The issue that occurred caused the email to be sent instantly, even if the site was not fully authenticated within Google Analytics.
The email summary can be disabled easily within the settings, by toggling off the option below:
Insights ? Settings ? Advanced ? Email Summary
The behaviour that you can expect now, is that the summary would be sent once a month with details of specific analytics reporting, unless disabled.
A fix for this issue was released a few hours after, in version 8.20.1.
Thanks,
TimHi @lensdigital
Thank you for your feedback.
Sorry for the trouble here! We released a feature a little earlier than expected. We are in the process of creating a patch that will resolve this issue for you.
In the meantime, you can disable the email summaries within the MonsterInsights settings.
Insights ? Settings ? Advanced ? Email Summary.
And toggling the option off.https://a.supportally.com/i/vjFhNl
Let me know if you run into any issues.
Thanks,
Tim
