^^ As I just mentioned, I didn’t think the theme was the major component of this issue but thanks for being rude in your response to a non-Wordpress-expert trying to walk through an issue. Great attitude.

I just didn’t think this was necessarily a “theme issue” since I’m not trying to change the appearance of the theme or the site but edit the HTML so that title tags appear optimized in search engines.

First GoDaddy provides no answers. WordPress follows up with zilch. I’m 0% confident in anyone to actually help out. This is awesome.

Title tag code.

I think the title of it is throwing you off. It’s simply some code I need to add to the HTML. I’m posting here because I’ve never edited the HTML of my site before and want to make sure I’m accessing the right file. It’s not meant to alter any visuals of my actual site but how it looks to search engines if that makes sense

The Search Engine Visibility tool scans your site to find where you could optimize things better for SEO purposes. For instance, it allows you to “Optimize your web page titles” (ie: 7 Ways GoDaddy Sucks) and once you’ve quickly browsed through and edited the flagged posts, they allow you to download those edits in a .txt file which you are then supposed to be able to upload to your site that makes these changes on the backend to alter how those posts are displayed in search.

Any clue on how to access the .html file like listed above?
