To be fair I took another at the interface and it looks like you just did pay attention to where your link anchor lands and it visually communicates that the website manager being blocked by an upgrade wall.
Example: https://youtu.be/kBtGNaPg574
However, this plugin is still using dark patterns, such as using a big colored button for the action that you want and a link that looks like plain text for the more private manual option.
Here’s a similar example: https://www.reddit.com/r/assholedesign/comments/9g2wq5/the_moment_i_open_the_amazon_app_it_uses_dark/
I can understand how these decisions can, in theory, create an easier user experience, however, they also open the opportunity for you to sell my client’s data later on and with 5,000 plugins I have look at the best way I have to judge a plugin is by the update frequency and the use of dark patterns.
I have to protect the data of the people that trust me with their online presence.
If you’re serious about listening to feedback then release an update that addresses these problems in a meaningful way and I’ll pull down my review.

In reply to: [Customer Chat for Facebook] Changing Welcome Text On PluginThat’s super weird. Can you click on the Settings link for Customer Chat on the Plugins page?
Facebook’s Customer Chat doesn’t work inside fiddle but you could try a modification of the plugins code like this: https://jsfiddle.net/thatguysam/s3pwqbg0/
I’ll add this to the list of requested features for future releases.

In reply to: [Customer Chat for Facebook] Get to know post titleAt the moment you can only set a static ref value for the whole site.
However, I like that [post_title] idea and I’m going to go ahead and add to the requested features list.

In reply to: [Customer Chat for Facebook] some tweaks1 – Right now it loads on every page and I haven’t been able to find the right way to introduce that feature but I do like the shortcodes idea.
2 – I created a CSS snippet here that makes it swap sides. If it doesn’t work send me your URL and I’ll whip up one that works with your site.
3 – Right now the only shortcode is the [ccfb_toggle] one but I’ll when I add the shortcode main I’ll add the ability for custom options.
4 – That’s what the ‘ref’ option is for, but again it’s not programmable at the moment
