Unfortunately, it does only support a single language.

Dang! I Still can’t duplicate it on Windows with Chrome.

Try disabling your Chrome extensions especially anything that blocks ads.

if that doesn’t work try joining the Official Messenger Facebook group. They have a ton of people there who can help with the most difficult issues.

It looks like there might be something wrong with the minimize option. I’ll get into the plugin this weekend and take a look at it.

I can’t seem to duplicate this issue. So far the chat reopens in the latest Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Safari on iPhone.

Can you provide the following info:

@francescominellipsicologo If all else fails it may have a conflict with another plugin. Try deactivating your other plugins one at a time to see if one of them breaks it.

If none of these answers have resolved @zmayyem’s original issue, let me know.

After version 1.0.2 the messenger itself should translate to the language you’ve set in WordPress.
